EFT Tango: Flowing with heart and focus through your sessions

EFT TANGO: Flowing with heart and focus through your sessions with Rebecca Clark, LMFT

DESCRIPTION:

Attachment science provides the EFT map to help us therapists show our couples the way home to secure connection. Yet even with the map and EFT steps and stages, it is easy to get lost in the content or turbulence of a single session. In this mini-Masterclass, we will define and practice the five moves of the EFT Tango as a way to feel our way through a session with more focus, ease, and empathy.

OBJECTIVES:

This Master Class is designed to increase knowledge and facilitate competence with the EFT Tango in order to maintain focus on patterns, primary emotions, and restructuring interactions throughout the session.  Informal lecture, video examples, and group discussion will enhance experiential learning. Prerequisite: EFT Externship

Trainees will:

  1. Define the EFT Tango and each of its moves;

  2. Learn to identify anchors and segues into next TANGO move;

  3. Practice assembling and deepening primary emotion;

  4. Practice flexibility with TANGO moves as process unfolds in a session.

This course will be fun, informative, and interactive. Looking forward to seeing you there!
